The SENIOR COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT MANAGER HYBRID position is a full-time, HYBRID role based in Winter Park/Orlando. 3 DAYS IN OFFICE 2 DAYS REMOTE
SALARY & BENEFITS- $90,000+

- 37.5 hour week - Hours 7:30- 4:00
- Manage a $6+ Mil Premium book of commercial insurance accounts
- Request policy renewals from current carriers
- Handle coverage changes and day-to-day service requests
- Provide responsive customer service
- Preparing quote comparisons and proposals for renewal
- Resolve billing and claims questions
- Maintains excellent and accurate account documentation
- Follow agency procedures and compliance standards
- Minimum 8 prior experience in a commercial insurance agency
- Must work Efficiently and have Attention to Detail.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- CRITICAL
- knowledge and understanding of Commercial Property, Liability, Auto, and Workers Compensation coveraGE
