• Provide expert legal advice on immigration matters, including visas, green cards, and citizenship applications.
• Prepare and review legal documents, petitions, and applications for accuracy and compliance.
• Represent clients in immigration hearings and proceedings before government agencies.
• Conduct legal research to stay updated on immigration laws and policies.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored legal strategies.
• Maintain detailed case files and documentation for all client interactions.
• Assist in the training and mentorship of junior staff and interns.
• Participate in community outreach and educational seminars on immigration issues.

• Active bar license in Florida or eligibility to obtain one.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• 1‑3 years of experience in immigration law preferred.
• Strong understanding of immigration processes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for helping clients navigate complex immigration issues.
