Base pay range: $/yr - $1,/yr

• Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution, including trial, arbitration, or settlement.
  • Serve as strategic counsel for clients across a broad array of industries and jurisdictions.
  • Develop and execute litigation strategies that align with client objectives, balancing aggressive advocacy with efficient resolution.
  • Collaborate with attorneys across the firm’s vast platform to service client needs across practices and geographies.
  • Mentor and supervise associates and other team members to foster talent development.
• Qualifications:
  • J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Florida Bar.
  • Extensive litigation experience, with a strong trial background and a successful track record in handling complex disputes.
  • Portable book of business.
  • Proven ability to manage litigation portfolios and coordinate multi‑jurisdictional matters.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
