Direct Hire – Full Time Carter Will , a Temp Experts company, is recruiting for Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3+ years Warranty practice for a thriving multi-firm.

This position is based in Orlando, FL and is a direct hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials and references with experience representing vehicle manufacturers in presuit matters and all aspects of litigation, commercial litigation, and product liability cases.

• Must have 3+ years of experience representing vehicle manufacturers in presuit matters as well as the ability to handle commercial litigation and product liability cases.
• Matters include breach of warranty and/or state lemon laws.
• Overseeing and managing all aspects of litigation arising from warranty-related disputes.
• Responsibilities include providing legal counsel, developing litigation strategies, representing the company in court, and negotiating settlements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external counsel, and other stakeholders to protect the companys interests and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent research and writing abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong legal research skills and strong work ethic.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
