Role OverviewThe successful candidate will lead complex engagements involving forensic accounting
, litigation support
, and financial investigations
, while also contributing to business development and client relationship management
. A strong understanding of insolvency and bankruptcy matters is highly beneficial, particularly in the context of litigation and restructuring.
- Lead forensic and litigation support engagements, including expert witness testimony.
- Conduct financial and economic analyses to support legal theories in disputes.
- Advise on matters involving fiduciary duties, fraud, valuation, damages, and corporate governance.
- Collaborate with legal teams and financial institutions on high-stakes cases.
- Drive business development efforts across Florida and Latin America.
- Mentor junior professionals and contribute to practice growth.
- 10+ years of experience in forensic accounting, litigation consulting, or financial investigations.
- Strong familiarity with insolvency and bankruptcy processes.
- Credentials such as JD, CPA, CFF, CIRA, or similar are preferred.
- Proven track record of expert witness work and Daubert-tested testimony.
- Established network in South Florida's legal and financial communities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow a practice.
- Spanish language skills and Lat Am market experience are a plus.
