Role Overview

The successful candidate will lead complex engagements involving forensic accounting
, litigation support
, and financial investigations
, while also contributing to business development and client relationship management
. A strong understanding of insolvency and bankruptcy matters is highly beneficial, particularly in the context of litigation and restructuring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead forensic and litigation support engagements, including expert witness testimony.
  • Conduct financial and economic analyses to support legal theories in disputes.
  • Advise on matters involving fiduciary duties, fraud, valuation, damages, and corporate governance.
  • Collaborate with legal teams and financial institutions on high-stakes cases.
  • Drive business development efforts across Florida and Latin America.
  • Mentor junior professionals and contribute to practice growth.
Candidate Profile
  • 10+ years of experience in forensic accounting, litigation consulting, or financial investigations.
  • Strong familiarity with insolvency and bankruptcy processes.
  • Credentials such as JD, CPA, CFF, CIRA, or similar are preferred.
  • Proven track record of expert witness work and Daubert-tested testimony.
  • Established network in South Florida's legal and financial communities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow a practice.
  • Spanish language skills and Lat Am market experience are a plus.
