The client is a prestigious AV Rated law firm located in Orlando, Florida and they are seeking a qualified Attorney with experience in Trusts & Estates. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience with a focus on drafting sophisticated estate planning documents, estate, and trust administration. Preference given to those with an LLM in Taxation. Candidates should be barred in Florida or willing to take the Florida Bar.

The position requires excellent academic credentials, strong communication skills, meticulous drafting ability and client development potential. The ideal candidate has an engaging personality and an empathetic demeanor, as well as a personal presence such that she/he inspires the confidence of sophisticated clients.

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in drafting sophisticated estate planning documents, estate and trust administration.
• Preference for an LLM in Taxation.
• Bar admission in Florida or willingness to take the Florida Bar examination.
