Established Law Firm is seeking an attorney with 2-3 years of Litigation experience with the ability to manage a case load.

• Federal Court and trial experience is a plus.
• Candidate must have strong research skills as well as exceptional writing skills.
• The preparation of motions, responsive pleadings, mediation and negotiating settlements are a major portion of this position.
• Working closely with adjusters to prepare timely reports on litigation, ensuring all appropriate defenses are leveraged to reach positive outcomes, analyzing written discovery, depositions, medical records and assessing the value of claims to determine risk exposure.
• Aderant Total Office (ATO) experience preferred.
• Looking for highly motivated individual that is dedicated to excellent client service.
• You will have the ability to participate in the preparation for trial and manage a caseload and assist
  .

  Experience:
  
  Defense Litigation with 2-3+ Years, Experience Preferred License: FL Bar (Required)
