Holland & Knight seeks a junior associate to join its dynamic Financial Services Practice. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in project finance, including "plain vanilla" project financings, tax equity bridge loans, back leverage financings, or pre-NTP financings. Both lender- and borrower-side experience are acceptable. The candidate should be familiar with drafting credit facilities, depositary accounts agreements, letters of credit, performance and payments bonds, balance of plant agreements, supply agreements (such as transformer, module, BESS, turbine, and inverter supply agreements), and offtake and tolling agreements.
Experience in drafting and closing security documents (security agreements, pledge agreements, financing statements, control agreements), NY-law legal opinions, direct agreements/consents to collateral assignments, and reliance letters is also required. The candidate should have experience drafting due diligence reports and preparing bankability analyses on project documents.
Excellent academic credentials are required, and experience in large regional, national, or international law firms is preferred. Holland & Knight offers a collegial atmosphere and a large platform with tangible opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

- The position may be filled in New York, Miami, Dallas, Houston, Austin, or Washington, DC. Candidates must reside and be licensed or be prepared to become licensed to practice law in one of these jurisdictions. The salary range for this position in New York, NYC, Colorado, and California is $235,000 - $260,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
