We have an immediate opening for an experienced full‑time paralegal for our insurance defense team. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented and can thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in insurance defense litigation.

• Draft pleadings, discovery documents, appraisal award letters, and initial responses to CRN’s.
• Conduct legal research and investigation as needed.
• Prepare email(s) to experts with claim‑related documents, comparative estimate assignments, and appraiser assignments.
• Prepare and organize hearing materials and deposition binders.
• Calendaring deadlines.
• Schedule inspections.
• Send and submit final CRN responses.
• Strong oral and written communication skills when communicating with clients, judicial assistants, experts, and internal team members.

• Demonstrated ability to work with deadlines.
• Ability to manage and reprioritize work daily.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Time management and deadline‑focused orientation.

Job Type: Full‑time
Salary: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00
