Overview

Evolve Workforce Solutions is proud to partner with a prestigious Am Law 100 law firm in Miami, FL, to identify a highly experienced Construction Litigation Paralegal to support its Real Estate–Construction Team. This in-office position offers the opportunity to work on complex litigation matters in both Florida state and federal courts, including active trial support and digital litigation management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full litigation support to attorneys handling construction and real estate disputes
  • Manage all aspects of litigation case management, including document review, filing, discovery, and trial prep
  • Assist with preparing pleadings, discovery responses, deposition summaries, and motions
  • Conduct legal research and coordinate with expert witnesses, consultants, and vendors
  • Organize and manage electronic document databases and case files using litigation support tools
  • Coordinate filings in Florida state and federal courts, including e-filing and procedural compliance
  • Prepare for and assist during trials, mediations, and hearings, including exhibit and binder preparation
  • Track court deadlines, maintain litigation calendars, and manage case-related communications
  • Work collaboratively with attorneys and paralegals across departments
  • Other responsibilities may apply based on the needs of the team and case demands
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience, with a focus on construction litigation
  • Proven trial support experience, including attendance at trials or significant trial prep involvement
  • Familiarity with Florida state and federal court systems and electronic filing procedures
  • Strong command of litigation technology, including e-discovery platforms and document review tools
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
