LHH is seeking a strong Personal Injury Defense Paralegal for a fantastic firm in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of solid personal injury defense or civil defense litigation experience. This firm offers amazing benefits and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high-volume caseload.
• Draft discovery responses, non-party subpoenas, and prepare documents for production.
• Coordinate expert/attorney conferences and prepare expert packages.
• Assist with witness lists, exhibits, and objections.
• Gather client documents and prepare medical chronologies and timelines.
• Communicate with experts, vendors, and outside parties.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, medical terminology, and personal injury claims.
• Proven experience drafting medical chronologies, procuring non-party production, and managing calendars.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Westlaw, and Sunbiz.
