Commercial Litigation Paralegal

An established AV-rated Orlando law firm is looking for an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join their growing Litigation team. This is a great hybrid opportunity for a polished legal professional with strong litigation, e-filing, and e-discovery experience looking to step into a stable, high-performing environment.

Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $78,000.00/yr

• 5+ years of commercial litigation paralegal experience
• Strong working knowledge of State and Federal Court e-filing systems
• E-Discovery expertise (required)
• Proficiency in Windows 10, Office 365, Word/Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Experience in a cloud-based network environment is a plus
• A proactive, organized team player with excellent attention to detail

• Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and support a busy litigation team
• Conduct pre-claim investigations and perform legal research
• Prepare initial case assessments and assist in drafting pleadings, motions, and appellate documents
• Manage litigation calendars, hearings, deadlines, and case logistics
• Maintain organized pleadings, discovery indexes, exhibits, evidence, briefs, and appendices
• Support attorneys with discovery requests, interrogatories, and e-discovery tasks
• Assist with settlement documentation and communication between attorneys and clients
• Handle administrative and case-management duties to keep matters running smoothly
