Base pay range$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
Fulfillment Lead & Professional Recruiter @ Apple One Employment Services📍 Remote (Must Reside in Florida) | 💰 Salary DOE | Direct Hire
Remote position with required 1–2 weeks of in-office training (Orlando‑area office). Paralegal may continue remote, hybrid, or in‑office thereafter.
Requirements (Must Have)- Availability for initial in‑office training (Orlando, FL location)
- Draft discovery requests and responses under attorney supervision
- Draft, serve, and respond to subpoenas
- Request and review medical records
- Prepare medical record summaries and exhibits
- Communicate with clients, courts, and providers
- Assist attorney with caseload management (working with 1 attorney)
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Adobe Acrobat
- Online research for medical providers and records custodians
- Familiarity with DOAH/OJCC, e‑filing
- Experience with MyCase or similar case management software
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
