LHH is currently seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Paralegal to join a well-established law firm in Orlando, Florida. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of litigation experience, with a focus on construction law preferred.

• Provide comprehensive litigation support to attorneys throughout all phases of construction-related cases.
• Draft, organize, and file pleadings, discovery responses, subpoenas, and other legal documents.
• Manage case files, maintain document databases, and ensure accuracy in all filings.
• Conduct legal and factual research to assist in case strategy and preparation.
• Coordinate communication between attorneys, clients, experts, and witnesses.
• Prepare exhibits, witness lists, and trial notebooks for hearings and trial.

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience; construction litigation experience is a plus.
• Solid understanding of Florida court rules and electronic filing systems.
• Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software platforms.
• Excellent organizational, research, and communication skills.
• Paralegal certificate or degree preferred.
