Appellate & Research Associate

Overview

The Orlando office of Kubicki Draper is currently seeking an Appellate & Research Associate with 1+ years of experience. Prior Appellate or Insurance Coverage experience is preferred, but not required. Judicial Clerkship is a plus.

• Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing

• Complex Research and Analysis
• Assist with Drafting Appellate Briefs
• Draft/review substantive complex pleadings and motions
• Insurance Coverage Analysis
• Communicate in a highly effective manner with team members and clients
• Ability to work in a fast paced evolving environment
