Commercial Litigation Attorney – Orlando; 213d​/o

Highly rated business and fiduciary services law firm based in Florida is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, capable and committed commercial litigation attorney to join their team.

Ideal candidates will be specialized in commercial litigation, with knowledge of probate and trust litigation or the desire to learn. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and be a member in good standing of the Florida Bar. This role requires excellent organizational skills, responsiveness to clients, and a commitment to ethical billing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a caseload of commercial litigation and/or probate and trust litigation matters.
• Provide timely and responsive communication to clients via phone and email.
• Report case progress to clients regularly and in a timely manner.
• Accurately, timely, and ethically record all billable hours.
• Contribute to the improvement of the firm and work environment.
• Confidently use case management systems and effectively utilize available technology. Familiarity with Caret/Zola Suite is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation; experience in probate and trust litigation is a plus.
• Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Highly self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong client communication skills and responsiveness.
• Commitment to ethical billing practices.
• Technologically confident and comfortable using case management systems.
