• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• You must set the example, follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.
• Other duties include staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, maintaining a perfect image, delivering great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, walk-in cooler, and work area.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Receive orientation and training on the job.
• Communication skills: give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers.
• Math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination and ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash or performing other outside tasks, temperature ranges from 36 °F to 90 °F and above, sudden changes in temperature, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500 °F, and sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Standing most tasks are from a standing position. Walking for short distances, lifting up to 50 pounds in bulk product deliveries, carrying heavy items, pushing and pulling dollies, climbing stairs or ladders, and performing stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, reaching, and hand tasks as needed.

Forward bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, hand coordination, and use of tools such as pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter, and pizza peel are common. Driving to deliver product, flyers, and door hangers is also required.

Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards and access to an insured vehicle.
