Supply Chain Inventory Coordinator Technician I

Orlando Health is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Supply Chain Inventory Coordinator Technician I to support the daily operational needs of our Supply Chain team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring clinical departments have the supplies they need to provide exceptional patient care by maintaining inventory accuracy, replenishing stock, and supporting warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and service excellence are valued. This position offers an opportunity to contribute directly to the efficiency of our healthcare operations while building valuable experience in supply chain and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain supply locations through stocking, replenishment, organization, labeling, and inventory management.
  • Monitor inventory levels and rotate dated stock to ensure product availability and minimize waste.
  • Pick and deliver inventory for routine, emergency, and rush orders.
  • Utilize handheld inventory devices to manage stock levels and charge supplies to departments.
  • Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, perpetual inventory validation, and annual inventory processes.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe supply areas and warehouse locations.
  • Process inventory updates and replenishment records within inventory management systems.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clinicians, departments, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Operate materials handling equipment as needed.
  • Adhere to all Orlando Health policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Previous inventory, warehouse, supply chain, logistics, or customer service experience is a plus.
