- Sort, scan, stage, load, and unload luggage within the remote sorting facility.
- Verify luggage tags, manifests, and routing information for accuracy.
- Organize luggage by operational routes, resort destinations, airline schedules, or assigned staging areas.
- Ensure luggage is handled safely and carefully to avoid damage or loss.
- Maintain accurate tracking of luggage movement using scanners and operational systems.
- Assist with identifying and resolving luggage discrepancies, missing items, or routing issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work areas throughout the facility.
- Follow all company safety procedures, operational guidelines, and security requirements.
- Support operational efficiency during peak periods, holidays, and high-volume days.
- Communicate operational concerns, damaged luggage or safety issues to leadership promptly.
- Perform additional warehouse and operational support duties as assigned.
