Warehouse Technician - Afternoon Shift

Exciting Opportunity for Bilingual Experienced Inventory Specialist at our Syngin Technology, Inc a Wallenius Wilhelmsen company. (100% Remote Opportunity ) As an Inventory Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that all vehicles scheduled for transport are accurately validated and ready for pickup. You’ll communicate with pickup locations and consignors, verify essential details, and maintain the integrity of our data systems.

This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in logistics and inventory operations.

Syngin is a leading transportation company specializing in customized logistics solutions  streamline the disposition and movement of vehicles across North America through our Carrier Marketplace and Expert Transportation Team. Our technology-driven approach—powered by SynginGO and Syngin.

This position is fully Remote however Texas or Florida locations are preferred

• Data Entry & Quality:
  Follow established procedures and ensure compliance with quality and operational standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Carrier Operations, to ensure seamless vehicle pickup and transport preparation.
• Other administrative functions

1+ year of experience in logistics, dispatch, inventory, or customer service (or equivalent transferable skills).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to interface with customers and employees.
• Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus
• Must be proficient at an Intermediate Level in MS Excel and have a working knowledge of MS Windows and Word.
• One year of experience in customer service or inventory control procedures preferred

Starting Salary range for this position is USD $36,000-$37,000 per year ($17.30 - $17.80 per hour)
