Property Manager - Orlando

LQ Property Management is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of office, retail, industrial, and medical properties in the Southwest Florida market.

This role represents the “face of LQ,” managing daily operations, building strong tenant relationships, and conducting regular field inspections.

• Manage day-to-day property operations
• Conduct property inspections and oversee vendor performance
• Respond to tenant requests and coordinate work orders
• Prepare and manage annual budgets and review financial reports
• Maintain accurate property and lease records
• Assist with collections, move-ins/move-outs, and lease renewals
• Coordinate repairs, improvements, and contractor projects

• 5+ years of property management experience (commercial preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
• Strong understanding of budgeting and financial reporting
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
