• Prepare and process vehicle titles, registrations, and license plate documents
• Submit title paperwork to the appropriate state agencies in a timely manner
• Verify accuracy and completeness of title documents for new and used vehicles
• Process lien payoffs, releases, and title transfers
• Maintain organized title records and logs
• Resolve title issues, reassignments, and customer or lender discrepancies
• Communicate with sales, accounting, lenders, and customers as needed
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and DMV regulations

• Previous automotive title clerk or dealership experience preferred
• Knowledge of Florida DMV title and registration processes a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficient with dealership software (Tekion and Dealer DMV) preferred
• Professional demeanor with a high level of confidentiality
