Accounts Receivable Manager Needed For Growing Construction Company.

Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $/yr

• Lead, train, and support the Billing and Collections team
• Oversee accurate billing and timely collection of receivables
• Review AR aging and develop strategies to reduce past‑due balances
• Ensure compliance with lien rights, contracts, and construction documentation
• Partner with project managers and leadership to resolve billing issues
• Provide AR metrics, cash forecasts, and reports to senior management
• Maintain internal controls and drive process improvements
• Support ERP enhancements (Sage Intacct experience a plus)

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years of AR and collections experience
• 5+ years in a supervisory or management role
• Construction industry experience required
• Strong understanding of lien and tax compliance
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Proficient in ERP systems and Excel
