Service Manager – Orlando, FL

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the commercial door service department
• Plan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments and ensure proper execution
• Review workload and manpower to meet customer commitments cost‑effectively
• Ensure projects are completed timely, below budget and to customer satisfaction
• Review monthly financial/operational reports and work with front‑line managers to develop action plans
• Improve individual performance of the field force through daily, monthly and yearly performance reviews
• Assist with hiring, training and developing new employees
• Other duties as assigned by Manager

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum two years of experience managing personnel (equivalent education/experience acceptable)
• Excellent customer communication skills; consistently exceed customer satisfaction expectations
• Review customer survey data and respond to concerns
• Technical knowledge of mechanical systems and applications
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
