Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Property Manager, located in Indianapolis, IN. The Property Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a multifamily property, ensuring it runs efficiently and successfully. Responsibilities include managing tenant relations, resolving issues effectively, coordinating property maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing occupancy rates. The role will also involve leasing supervision, and supporting the continuous improvement of property operations.

Qualifications

• Property management experience, lease administration, and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for tenant relations and team collaboration
• Problem‑solving, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, and property management software
• Knowledge of maintenance coordination and overseeing property operations
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, property management, or a related field is advantageous
• Experience in multifamily or residential property management is a plus
