Job Summary

The Site Supervisor is a crew leader that manages field operations for a specific customer and/or site daily, ensuring quality and job specifications are met.

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Identify and upscale customer problems or concerns to the Operations Manager.
• Assist in resolving issues with customer service when needed.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies.
• Communicate regularly with the Operations Manager to ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
• Monitor site quality daily and ensure crews address deficiencies promptly.
• Deliver services as specified on the client site.
• Work to identify more efficient ways to perform work.
• Coordinate service execution with the Operations Manager.
• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations and delegate work to crew team members.
• Provide Operations Manager feedback on crew member performance.
• Help develop and train crew members.
• Ensure that preventative maintenance is performed as needed and equipment is in good working order.
• Participate in branch meetings as directed.
• Ensure crew time is accurately captured.
• Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles.

• Bright View equipment certifications.
• Experience in a landscape‑related field.
• Demonstrated leadership among the team and peers.
• Driver’s License.
• Attention to detail required.
• Ability to communicate with crews and customers on site.
• Bi‑Lingual (Spanish) preferred.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to load/unload burlaps with plant cuttings onto a trailer (up to 50 lbs.).
• Ability to bend, stoop, and twist continuously throughout the day.
• Ability to walk/stand up to 10 hours a day.
• Must be able to direct reports to the customer site.

• Work in or near situations involving automotive traffic.
• Work near or in natural bodies of water.
• Ability to work in extreme conditions – temperatures may exceed 100 °F.
• Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods.
• Work outdoors in moderate to extreme heat in dry/humid conditions, near automotive traffic, natural bodies of water, fumes, dust, mechanical/electrical hazards, and direct sunlight.
• Requires protective clothing and personal devices: eye protection, safety vest, gloves, hard hat, earplugs, long‑sleeved shirts, and work boots.
