You’ll work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, leading a team of technicians to deliver exceptional service and timely repairs. In this role, you will coordinate daily operations with customer service representatives. Your duties include assigning service calls, overseeing technician performance, and providing guidance to ensure efficient repairs. You will also manage customer communication, service documentation, invoicing, and maintain high‑quality standards.
