At Lambert's Cable, as a warehouse supervisor, you’ll address issues, document findings, and collaborate with teams to implement improvements and maintain high-quality outcomes in the warehouse.

• You will receive, inspect, store, and secure all supplies and materials when delivered.
• You will supervise Inventory Team in-person and remotely for multiple locations.
• You will maintain all received inventory in an organized and efficient manner.
• You will assign and account for all materials issued to work crews on a daily basis.
• You will maintain a “shelf stock” of parts, tools and any other job required supplies.
• You will conduct a complete physical inventory each month that will account for all materials stored, received and issued from the warehouse and yard.
• You will maintain material usage logs/spreadsheets to comply with our customer’s usage and tracking systems.
• You will assist in the management, maintenance and upkeep of fleet tools and equipment assigned to the project.
• You will pick up or deliver material using a company vehicle.

• You have 1-3 year(s) minimum experience within the Underground Utility Construction Industry but will be trained if the applicant is right.
• You have supervisory experience.
• You can withstand an outdoor environment during all times of the year, lift and/or pull 75 pounds several times each day.
• You will pass drug & background screenings.
• You are authorized to work in the United States.
