Role SummaryProvide leadership foundations in Lean Six Sigma and deliver certification training, hands‑on project learning, ongoing coaching, data analysis training, customized workshops, on‑demand project support, and develop practical tools and materials. Training can be delivered in‑person or virtually and is offered on an as‑needed basis to support organization‑wide operational excellence. Certification is provided upon successful completion of each belt level.
Responsibilities- Leadership Foundations in Lean Six Sigma (introductory sessions for leaders)
- Yellow Belt, Green Belt, and Black Belt certification training
- Hands‑on, project‑based learning with real or simulated projects
- Ongoing coaching and mentorship during Green and Black Belt projects
- Lean Six Sigma data analysis training (Excel‑based analysis, control charts, statistics)
- Customized and ad‑hoc Lean Six Sigma workshops (Kaizen, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, design thinking, etc.)
- On‑demand project execution support, where certified experts may lead or co‑lead improvement projects
- Development of practical tools and materials such as DMAIC guides, templates, checklists, savings calculators, and training resources
