Subcontract Mgmt
You will be a Subcontract Manager for the Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) team. Our team is responsible for managing the execution of complex subcontracts, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products and services for multiple program applications.
Note:
This is an individual contributor role.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the procurement and management of complex subcontracts, including negotiating prices, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with technical, schedule, and quality requirements. You will serve as the primary point of contact for subcontracts and projects, representing the Lockheed Martin Global Supply Chain Organization (GSCO).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing bid and proposal requests, analyzing supplier proposals, and performing price analysis
- Leading team negotiations, developing pre-negotiation strategies, and making source selection decisions
- Managing post-award subcontract functions, including cost, schedule, and technical performance, invoice reconciliation, and modification negotiations
- Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with suppliers, including negotiating modifications and resolving issues
- Collaborating with program and functional management teams, as well as other functional organizations

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

National Pay StatementThe annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $63,800 - $112,470.
