As a Senior Studio Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and daily direction to the
sales teams in our facilities. This critical position must have a solid understanding of sales and operational excellence. As the lead for the sales function, the Senior Studio Manager must execute lead-generation strategies to increase membership sales and revenue. Promote the health and wellness benefits that are associated with a healthy lifestyle. This leader must possess a high caliber to coaching and staff development.

A successful employee in this position can perform the following duties.

• Manages client and staff concerns as well as the daily operations of a fast-paced fitness studio
• Overseas 2+ Locations
• Ensure all Sales Associates and Assistant Managers are meeting or exceeding Daily Production Model requirements: (2 VIP referrals per sale), Calls by phone (40 per day), Leads (10 per day), Appointments (4 per day), Shows (3 per day), Sales (2 per day). The setup has been put in place to ensure that each employee and the studio meet their monthly new member and revenue goals
• Executes and reviews monthly goals with sales staff
• Hires, trains and schedules all studio sales staff
• Manages, develops and evaluates the performance of all OTF sales and training staff for ongoing success and future growth
• Ensures Sales Associates are meeting or exceeding all requirements
• Conducts regular sales staff meetings and attends all required webinars
• Works directly with the Head Coach in increasing studio utilization and achieving studio goals
• Executes company’s marketing and social media efforts to promote the studio and brand
• Ensures that sales and training staff are effectively participating in marketing and social media.
• Holds staff meetings and trainings to ensure the success of the studio
• Executes and coordinates company’s marketing and ongoing sales drivers (, studio events, weekly events, outreach)
