Property Manager ($2,000 Sign On Bonus)

Join Bozzuto in an exciting role that blends leadership, finance, and resident engagement across a high‑performing residential property.

• Lead by example, embodying Bozzuto’s core values.
• Execute sales, marketing, and operational activities to hit occupancy and retention targets.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, P&L and reporting to clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Partner with marketing to implement strategies and drive community visibility.
• Ensure consistent guest satisfaction and positive community reviews.
• Work weekends (one weekend per month, with two days off in the week) to accommodate prospective residents.
• Mentor and develop the property team and provide hands‑on assistance as needed.

• 4‑year college degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in property management, hospitality or retail.
• Strong leadership and client relationship track record.
• Revenue, budget and P&L management experience.
• Proficiency with industry software (YARDI preferred).
• Basic knowledge of GAAP and solid financial skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Professional appearance.

• Base salary: $78,540 – $85,000 per year.
• Eligible for additional bonus opportunities.
