Lead. Motivate. Grow. Build a High-Performing Canvassing Team.State Wide Windows & Doors is looking for a driven and experienced Canvass Manager to lead and develop our canvassing team in the Orlando market.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and knows how to motivate a team to perform. You'll be responsible for recruiting, training, coaching, and managing canvassers while helping drive qualified appointments and continued market growth.

What You'll Do- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop new canvassers
- Lead and motivate a high-performing canvassing team
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
- Monitor team performance and hold team members accountable
- Coach team members to improve communication, engagement, and appointment-setting skills
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance check-ins
- Track appointments, performance metrics, and overall team production
- Help create strategies to increase team productivity and appointment volume
- Provide ongoing support, motivation, and leadership in the field
- Work closely with management to achieve market growth and hiring goals
- Lead by example and help create a positive, competitive, team-oriented culture
- Previous management, sales, canvassing, or team leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Highly motivated and results-driven
- Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
- Ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Positive, professional, and energetic personality
- Ability to work independently while also being a strong team leader
