Through our convenient retail clinic locations, our compassionate veterinary teams provide affordable, low-stress preventive care while creating positive experiences for pets and their owners.

At Shot Vet, we're a purpose-driven team that believes in doing the right thing, taking ownership, working hard, and creating meaningful moments for the people and pets we serve. As we continue to grow nationwide, we're looking for strong leaders who share these values and want to make a real impact.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being in the field, developing people, solving problems, and taking ownership of business results. You'll be responsible for coaching and motivating clinic teams, improving sales performance, managing operational costs, and ensuring every location delivers an exceptional experience for pets and their families.

The ideal candidate brings a strong business mindset, experience managing multiple locations, and a proven ability to lead teams toward measurable results.
