** team Our team is responsible for planning activities associated with Manufacturing Resource Planning MRP transactions and supporting program‑wide manufacturing activities across multiple Missiles & Fire Control sites
** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the Manufacturing Planner Staff you will be the hub that synchronizes material flow, kit releases, and hardware shipments for a fast‑moving development program transitioning to production
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Create and maintain MRP schedules, work orders, and kit releases to meet dynamic program demands
+ Coordinate hardware shipments between Orlando and other MFC sites, ensuring timely delivery to customers
+ Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Program Management to prioritize work on the production floor
+ Monitor inventory levels, generate move orders, and resolve bottlenecks that could impact production cadence
+ Support facilitation and capital‑planning efforts, traveling up to 25 % as needed

* Basic Qualifications:
*
* Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
Past experience in any of the following areas: Make/Buy/BOM Planning, Supply Chain, or equivalent or experience in one area with an understanding of the other two
Proficient knowledge of computer systems, databases, and programs including SAP, Microsoft office, and Apriso, or equivalent
Strong organization and communication skills
Strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills
Possess knowledge of lean manufacturing and/or supply chain management
Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills
Knowledge of Material Management and Accounting System MMAS
Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance, therefore selected candidate must be a US Citizen

Skills:

* Ability to work with multiple levels of management, industry, peers, a represented workforce or business
Windchill and MPMLink experience,
Previous working experience with engineering drawings and parts lists
Inventory Control and material handling knowledge, including familiarity with material requirements and Receiving/Warehouse/Shipping areas of responsibility
