Compensation $15.75/hour
Job DescriptionA Specialty Production Control Coordinator is responsible for setting up the flow wrapper machine (ULMA), ensuring all sandwiches going through are wrapped properly with bag length and width, and maintaining counts of the carts that are produced. Must also monitor the fin and crimped end seals. Must be detail‑oriented since the operator is also responsible for troubleshooting when the flow wrapper machine stops working or is not functioning properly.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the production line in compliance with sanitation standards set by LSG Sky Chefs, FDA, USDA, BRC, and Customer regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to push, lift up to 30 lbs. and push up to 75 lbs on rolling stock.
- Good communication skills in English (read, write).
- Ability to work inside a refrigerated environment
