Position Requirements (include but are not limited to):

• SAFETY FIRST – Every employee of Cellofoam North America Inc. must demonstrate a strong commitment to following all safety standards, procedures, and practices to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and others.
• Maintain pace to meet accepted production standards.
• Package and label products to meet customer requirements.
• Assist with loading and unloading of finished goods and supplies.
• Follow daily warehouse schedule and support as required; organize and keep product in specific locations.
• Perform daily forklift inspections.
• Cover production lines during breaks and lunched to relieve packers.
• Perform other production duties as requested by supervisor.
• Work in conjunction with other departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere with a culture of respect for others.
• Uses appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding plant or employee concerns.
• Maintain a working knowledge and is in full compliance with corporate standards for business conduct and Federal anti-trust laws.
• Adhere to Cellofoam North America Inc. company focus areas:
  Safety, Financial, Customer, and People.

Qualifications

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment; minimum of 1 year experience preferred.
• Must be Forklift certified

Knowledge And Skill Requirements

• Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends
• Good communication and organizational skills. Attention to details.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Position Requirements And Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to operate a forklift properly and safely.

Software Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of computer data entry (Excel spreadsheets)

Other Information

• Flexibility in working hours to include nights, weekends and holidays as required if necessary.
• Overtime work may be required.
