Position Summary

The assistant baker will bake all sizes and flavors offered by NBC according to NBC's standards and time guidelines. Responsibilities include maintaining par levels, keeping the baking station clean and sanitized, tracking inventory, and ordering baking supplies.

Responsibilities May Include But Are Not Limited To

• Following all NBC policies and procedures
• Upholding NBC's brand image
• Assisting other departments as needed
• Managing baked goods, inventory, and refrigeration logs
• Communicating equipment issues to management
• Baking, packaging, and labeling cakes
• Order and receive groceries
• Providing daily production updates
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the baking area
