The Product Integration Technician will be responsible for integrating new boat models, parts, and processes into production. This position is also responsible for supporting day-to-day production issues by diagnosing the source of manufacturing problems and working with the PD&D team to prescribe solutions. This person will also support the PD&D Prototype Team as needed with various design and development tasks associated with developing new products.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with training and integration of new products, parts, and processes in Operations.
- Support the PD&D and Operations teams by investigating and diagnosing manufacturing issues to support corrective actions.
- Record, document, and communicate observations and information via Microsoft Teams to support problem solving, and change management.
- Support the Prototype Team with new product builds.
- Assist in developing new manufacturing jigs and fixtures.
- Assist in the execution of process audits in Production as required.
- Support Design and Engineering teams by helping to validate incoming prototype parts and processes.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Keep the work area clean and orderly.

- Ability to drive forklifts and operate cranes is preferred.
- Technical proficiency with uploading software to boat systems (e.g. amp boards, multi-functional displays, etc.) preferred.
- Regular and punctual attendance.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere and interaction with customers, co-workers, and management.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly.
- Able to work overtime as needed.
- 1+ years working in a boat manufacturing plant or a certificate from an accredited trade school/program.
- Fiberglass lamination, Upholstery Installation, and Hull & Deck Rigging knowledge preferred.
- DC electrical troubleshooting experience preferred.
- 1+ year boat driving and trailering experience preferred.
- Must be a licensed driver with a good driving record (subject to MVR).
- Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature occasionally.
- Must be able to bend at the waist and knees and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds when necessary.
