As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate flow of materials throughout the warehouse. You’ll be responsible for verifying, documenting, and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments in alignment with production and customer demand.

• Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against packing lists, bills of lading, and purchase orders.
• Prepare, package, and label outbound shipments for timely delivery to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load/unload materials and organize warehouse inventory.
• Maintain accurate records of shipping and receiving activity using SAP or other ERP systems.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure materials meet company and customer standards.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to meet daily targets.
• Uphold safety standards, participate in audits, and help maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

• 1+ years of experience in a shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics role (manufacturing environment preferred).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certified or willing to become certified within 30 days of hire.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP experience a plus).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active warehouse setting.
• Self‑motivated team player with a strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

• Experience with international shipping documentation and procedures
• Inventory control or cycle counting background
