Production Associate

Job Overview

Work in a fast‑paced meat production facility preparing and packing products to meet production demands and quality specifications.

$14.50–$15.50 /hour, benefits start Day 1.

• Prepare meat products for line feeding or next processing stage in a refrigerated environment.
• Use tools, processes and materials to package products within scheduled plans.
• Follow USDA safety, GMP and customer specifications.
• Perform visual inspections to meet product specifications.
• Assist in maintaining overall cleanliness of the work area.

• High School diploma or GED; basic reading, writing, math skills.
• Experience in production, food processing or warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (35–45°F) and a freezer (–10 to +10°F) with company apparel.
• Capable of working overtime and handling non‑routine duties as assigned.

Refrigerated environment 35–45°F; occasional freezer exposure –10 to +10°F.
