A leading filtration manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee a high‑performance operation and drive continuous improvement across all areas of the facility. This role is ideal for a hands‑on, people‑focused leader with strong Lean manufacturing expertise and a track record of delivering safe, efficient, and high‑quality production. ThePlant Manager will be responsible for:
- Ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient plant operation while meeting production and quality goals
- Leading and developing both direct and indirect reports across production, engineering, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and EHS
- Overseeing day‑to‑day activities and coordinating all operational functions within the facility
- Driving strategic initiatives, Lean manufacturing efforts, and continuous improvement to reduce costs and enhance performance
- Identifying process improvements, solving complex operational issues, and implementing standardized procedures
- Full‑time, on‑site position with some travel required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; MBA preferred
- 7-10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including 5-7 years as a Plant Manager
- Experience leading teams of 100+ employees
- Experience in air filtration, industrial equipment, engineered products, or similar manufacturing environments preferred
- Turnaround and continuous improvement experience preferred
- Strong background in safety, quality, and environmental compliance
