You will learn OEM repair manuals and Aviation Standard Practices per AC 43-13, applying these during highly repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
Responsibilities include moving work orders forward in a timely, cost‑effective manner under the Refinishing Department Lead, and contributing to quality improvements.
