CRM Strategist – Direct Hire
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 annually
Must have law firm experience. Join a well-established law firm as a CRM Strategist and play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing Inter Action CRM and email marketing platforms to support business development and communication initiatives.
What You’ll Do- Manage and optimize the firm’s CRM system (Inter Action) and email marketing tools
- Coordinate with IT and external vendors to ensure systems align with legal industry best practices
- Lead the design and implementation of an experience database with marketing and practice teams
- Generate reports and support targeted marketing campaigns
- Conduct research to enhance contact intelligence and stay current on new technology trends
- Collaborate across departments to support broad marketing goals
- Perform other general marketing duties as needed
- Strong client service mindset with the ability to multitask and work independently
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Inter Action CRM, and email marketing platforms
- Exceptional written English skills—grammar and spelling on point
- Experience managing workflows and juggling multiple projects
