We're looking for a bold, hands-on Marketing Director to own, lead, and scale our global B2B marketing. This is a role for someone who knows how to make things happen — a doer and a leader who combines strategic thinking with relentless execution.
You will be responsible for building a strong, visible, and differentiated market presence, driving demand, and turning marketing into a real growth engine — with a strong focus on the U.S. market.
Own and drive Moburst’s global B2B marketing strategy, with a clear focus on scale, impact, and revenue.
Manage an annual marketing budget of over $1M, ensuring effective allocation and ROI.
Oversee and lead the marketing management of all group sub-brands, including Uproar, Kitcaster, Core as well as additional brands Moburst might build/acquire.
Build and execute go-to-market strategies that increase brand visibility, credibility, and demand in the U.S. and globally.
Actively drive cross-functional execution — aligning Social, Content, Creative and Development to deliver outcomes, not just ideas.
Push initiatives forward, remove roadblocks, and do whatever it takes to move from strategy to execution.
Lead processes and initiatives end-to-end, ensuring speed, accountability, and measurable results.
Amplify Moburst’s presence externally — thought leadership, partnerships, visibility, and positioning that attract global clients.
Work closely with leadership and sales to support pipeline growth and client acquisition.
Lead and influence dynamic, distributed teams across regions and time zones.
What we’re looking for7+ years of hands-on marketing experience as a Marketing Director / Head of Marketing in scaling global B2B companies

Strong experience driving growth and demand in the U.S. market
.
Hands‑on experience with AI tools and data‑driven decision‑making.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mobilize multiple functions and processes toward a common goal.
A true hands‑on leader – strategic, execution‑driven, and comfortable rolling up sleeves.
Native‑level English (written and spoken).
Background in global agencies — a strong advantage.
Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments with multiple stakeholders.
