This position will lead the Campus’s strategic growth in the greater‑Orlando area, driving local and national sales, and utilizing innovative programming, partnerships, and marketing to increase participation and revenue.

• Develop and execute strategies to strengthen ties within the greater‑Orlando community, including relationships with local organizations, schools, and community leaders.
• Oversee community‑focused programs that align with revenue and participation objectives (grassroots tennis programs, outreach events, educational initiatives).
• Continuously assess program effectiveness, recommend improvements, and act as an advocate for community engagement within the organization.
• Maintain communication channels with external partners, stakeholders, and community members.
• Partner with USTA Sections and the wider tennis community to develop revenue‑generating avenues and educational opportunities at the Campus.
• Collaborate with sponsors and partners to create and execute activation plans that enhance participation and campus financial performance.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen the broader racquet‑sport ecosystem through collaboration with other organizations, clubs, and industry stakeholders.
• Lead the creation and execution of marketing and social media campaigns, including content development for videos, articles, and posts.
• Oversee the redesign and ongoing update of the USTA national campus website.
• Utilize data and analytics to measure community engagement impact, prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The expected base salary range for this position is $65,000–$75,000. The actual offer will depend on qualifications, experience, and location.
