While we serve all different types of organizations within the nonprofit sector, the significant majority of our clients are churches and other faith-based organizations. This includes, but is not limited to, denominational organizations, missionary organizations, evangelistic organizations, media-oriented organizations, humanitarian relief organizations, schools, and foundations.

As an Audit Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in serving our clients with excellence. Primary responsibilities include:

• Planning, conducting, and overseeing all aspects of an engagement – from planning through report delivery
• Supervising audit team members
• Communicating with clients
• Working directly with firm leadership

• 2‑3 years of experience in audit (nonprofit experience preferred, but not required)
• A genuine desire to serve nonprofit organizations with excellence
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities
• Self‑motivated, independent thinker, quick learner
• CPA certification or eligibility is a strong plus
