Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) – full‑time inpatient and outpatient, located at Advent Health Orlando.

We seek a dynamic CNM to join our growing team. The role includes office midwifery and gynecology care, labor & delivery call, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

• Provide patient care in office setting for maternity and gynecology services.
• Cover labor and delivery call, including OB triage and deliveries.
• Participate in mentoring, onboarding, and continuous professional development.
• Maintain balanced schedule with call rotation, holidays, weekends, and office template.
• Ensure documentation and compliance across hospital and clinic EMR.

Should have:

• 2+ years as midwife in hospital setting.
• Patient‑centered evidence‑based practice.
• Ability or willingness to perform office procedures (IUD insertion/removal, endometrial biopsy, contraceptive implant insertion/removal, first‑trimester vaginal ultrasound).

• Master’s Degree in Nursing with Midwifery Certification.
• Minimum three years RN experience.
• Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) accredited by ACNM.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.
