Overview

AH Primary Care Network in East FL is rapidly growing primary care practices throughout the East Florida region.

Responsibilities
  • Performs physical examinations and assessment and treatment of injuries or illnesses for patients from pediatrics through geriatrics, including women’s health.
  • Orders and interprets diagnostic tests such as laboratory work, X‑ray, etc.
  • Provides independent and collaborative medical management of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Monitors patient treatment courses and makes appropriate referrals to physicians or specialists as needed.
  • Collaborates with physician supervisors and staff to provide consistent care and support staff.
  • Displays a caring and professional attitude at all times while maintaining personal and professional growth.
Knowledge and Skills Required
  • Enthusiastic team player.
  • Strong medical decision‑making and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Demonstrates excellence in patient‑focused medical care and delivery.
Education and Experience Required
  • Master’s degree in nursing (FNP/APRN) or Physician Assistant studies.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of clinical practice experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine preferred.
  • Experience treating patients of all ages and a variety of acute & chronic conditions highly preferred.
Licensure, Certification, and Registration
  • Current, valid Florida APRN or PA‑C license.
  • Current, valid DEA license.

    ANCC, AANP or NCCPA (or equivalent) certification.
  • Current BLS required; ACLS preferred.
