Job Summary
We’re seeking a skilled and self‑directed Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client’s team in the Orlando market. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys working autonomously, solving moderately complex clinical and operational challenges, and serving as a resource to peers. The RN will assess and interpret patient and customer needs, identify solutions to non‑standard problems, and ensure the highest level of patient‑centered care.

- Assess and interpret patient or customer needs and requirements.
- Identify and resolve non‑standard requests or moderately complex issues.
- Perform problem‑solving and analysis with minimal supervision.
- Translate clinical concepts into practical solutions within the care setting.
- Provide explanations, education, and information on difficult clinical or operational issues.
- Coach, guide, and provide feedback to less experienced staff.

- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing;
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. - 1+ years of recent, relevant professional nursing experience in a hospital, medical office, or clinical setting.
- 1+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse or 2+ years as a Licensed Practical Nurse in a relevant practice area.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong critical thinking and independent decision‑making skills.
- Comfortable working with less structured or more complex issues.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and support colleagues.
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
